The printing house was founded in 1948.
The daily improvement of the production plant and the education of employees enable us to constantly progress.
The main activity is offset printing of paperback, paperback with flaps and hardcover, textbooks, catalogs, monographs, brochures, magazines, calendars, calendars with rubber band, spiral binding or mechanics.
Today we have 40 permanent employees.
Our vision is to continue the 70-year tradition, maintain reputation and recognition, and develop into a leading producer of books and calendars in Croatia and the surrounding area, a partner to marketing agencies, graphic studios and printing houses.
The strategic goal of the company is to constantly improve the quality of its services and products, following the development of modern, top-quality print production and similar products.
EQUIPMENT and Production program
The production process includes preparation for printing, multi-color offset printing up to B1 format + varnish, cartoning and finishing.
EQUIPMENT:
We highlight the most important equipment:
• Pre-press: We work on PC and MAC platforms with licensed software.
• New Cron UV CtcP illuminator for making plates with a production of 22 plates/hour.
• Printing: the main printing is done on an eight-color Manroland printing machine B1 format + varnish, with it we also have several smaller machines.
• Finishing: Kolbus line for soft binding + PUR attachment, Kolbus line for hard binding, spiral binding machine and more various smaller finishing machines.
• Vehicles: 2 trucks, 1 van, several smaller delivery vehicles. Contracts for package and pallet distribution with renowned companies that provide this service.
PRODUCTION PROGRAM:
• We make books, calendars, agendas and other graphic products such as posters, flyers, letterheads, business cards, printing on envelopes, folders - folders, labels.
• The promotional part of calendars, agendas, notebooks with eraser, desk folders, greeting cards... we also do for resale.
• For the binding service, we offer the service of stapled or stapled with omega staples, spiral binding, sewn, soft or hard binding, and we are able to do soft binding with folding flaps, hard binding, stapled binding and spiral binding.
